Working in sales may feel like an individual sport. You show up, score the big sale, and celebrate your victory. But in reality, each individual in our organization is part of a team. Sure, your individual effort is a tremendous part of your (and our) success. But it's the way we collaborate, the way we share industry insights, our relationships with each other and our customers that make us a winning team.

GROWHUB is a place for our sales people to come together, to grow together, and to celebrate together. When we learn together, we more easily transition from student to practicing professional (Streule & Craig, 2015), seamlessly building our skills and recognizing our own expertise as we help build up the skills of others.

GROWHUB is place for you to connect with other sales professionals and leaders within our organization, to gain and share insights, competitive intel, and build your own community of practice, allowing you bring all of this knowledge together in a way that can be implemented in the real world (Streule & Craig, 2015).

Now, let's be real for a minute. We understand that you are SALES PEOPLE. You are driven by action. Why waste time practicing when you could be out in the field making things happen? Because there is PAYOFF in the practice (Mesoudi, 2011). Through frequent practice and social learning, you will build the skills that make winning in the field feel simple. And you will help to elevate others so that sales performance improves across the organization as a whole. As humans, we have a predisposition to acquire important biological information by observing others (Heyes, 2012), so every time you share an insight, read about someone else's big win, or engage in a role play, you are strengthening your own game, and sharpening everyone on our team.
