Senior Manager, Internal Training

Curriculum Developer

As Sr. Manager, I led an expanded team of trainers and increased our onboarding programs for sales and store employees to a multi-tiered, custom program. I developed departmental synergies to break down siloed training processes and build a collaborative training environment. I led the reimagining and relaunch of our early talent development program. I also led an extensive Needs Analysis that incorporated employees, cross-functional partners, sales and stores leadership, and the corporate executive team. I used this data to build out new programs and plan our 2024-2026 strategy.

In previous roles, I managed the strategy development for Lennox Stores, built our field training program and a powerhouse team of trainers, and developed programs to meet organizational challenges. I created in-person and virtual training for internal employees as well as customer-facing content and worked closely with partners in Operations, Safety, Supply Chain, Product, etc., to optimize our workforce.

Bishop Lynch High School

As the Webmaster for Bishop Lynch, a selective Dallas private school, I rebranded the school's 700+ page website and developed design standards. I also trained faculty and students on maintaining pages in CMS and enforced design standards across all functional areas. I improved faculty web presence from 40% to 100%.

As Creative Director, I provided curriculum development, video production, graphic design, branding, and other multimedia and organizational development solutions for a variety of clients across multiple industries. As owner, I also was responsible for managing subcontractors and internal customer teams to achieve objectives, along with all aspects of branding, marketing, and accounting.
